All caretakers welcome. Recommended for Little Ones, 0~2 yrs

Come connect with your little one while you reconnect with your body and meet new friends.
We will gently encourage your little one to join in, socialize and participate. Your little one is welcome to come and be who they are. They may or may not want to participate and that's okay, we encourage you to allow them to do what they will do and focus on your own playful practice. 

Please bring your mats and let's have some fun.
